TrendyHipHop Companion — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the TrendyHipHop Companion browser extension.

Data we collect: none. The extension does not collect, store, transmit,
or sell any personal information, browsing history, or user activity.

What’s stored, and where: the artists and countries you choose to follow,
and your notification, check-interval, and dark-mode preferences, are
saved using Chrome’s own storage, synced only through your personal
Google/Chrome account. This data never reaches TrendyHipHop’s servers or
any third party.

Network requests: the extension reads trendyhiphop.com’s public content
(post titles, links, categories) via the site’s own public API – the same
content anyone sees by visiting the site directly.

Changes: any update to this policy will be posted on this page.
