Zambian rap icon Macky 2 steps back into music with “God Is Good,” produced by DJ Bugar under Olijaba Music Entertainment.
The timing of this release carries significant personal weight. Macky 2 – born Mulaza Kaira – stepped away from the studio to contest the Nchanga constituency parliamentary seat in the 2026 Zambian general election. So “God Is Good” arrives directly after that political chapter, marking his return to the craft that built his name. The message he chose for that return is not one of triumph or complaint. It is simply gratitude.
The lyrics speak of all he’s been through, the blessings, the battles and the faith that’s kept him grounded all along.
