Kayumba joins Tiffah Devoice on the “Dakika Mbili” remix, and two minutes clearly wasn’t enough the first time around.
That’s usually the whole reason a remix happens. Something in the original caught fire, and this version widens it, brings in another voice to stretch what two minutes couldn’t hold on its own.
Bassline fills out more here than a typical original cut, percussion layering thicker underneath both vocalists. Kayumba’s presence changes the balance too, giving the track a second texture to lean on.
Tiffah Devoice still carries the emotional core, her delivery unchanged in tone even with more space around it now. Kayumba answers with something rougher, filling in where the original left quiet.
