Zambian gospel minister Pompi drops “Pillow,” a track from his three-song “House of Three” EP that features VOH on the assist .
The record lands as the opening cut on the project, so it carries the job of setting the spiritual tone for everything that follows .
Pompi has built a reputation for blending faith with heartfelt storytelling, and “Pillow” continues that tradition without sounding repetitive .
The song leans into his signature gospel lane, though the title suggests something more intimate than a typical praise record. VOH joins him here, adding texture to the track while keeping the focus on the message.
The “House of Three” EP itself runs just three tracks, so “Pillow” sits alongside “Again & Again” and “Bebesha” as a tight body of work .
That short runtime means every song has to pull its weight, and this opener does not waste time getting to the point. Pompi keeps his delivery grounded, letting the lyrics carry the weight instead of overloading the arrangement.
