Ogun-born street-hop act T Dollar returns with his third EP, “Bahubali,” a six-track body of work that lands as a proper statement of intent.
The project arrives on September 24, 2026, and it follows earlier releases like “Born 2 Shine,” “Rise,” and “No Stress” .
The title borrows from the legendary warrior figure Bahubali, which sets the tone straight away. T Dollar uses that metaphor of strength and triumph over tough circumstances to frame his current chapter . So the EP feels like a mission statement rather than just another collection of songs.
He moves between Afrobeats, street-pop, rap, and melodic storytelling across the runtime . His raspy texture stays consistent, but the production keeps things warm and groove-heavy, so the vocals never get buried. He also switches between Yoruba, Pidgin, and English, which keeps the project rooted in his Ogijo reality . Tracks like “Akoba,” “Motija,” “Okere,” and “Black Panther” all carry that same message-driven energy. The EP title track, “Bahubali,” ties the whole warrior theme together nicely.
What gives this project extra weight is the context behind it. T Dollar was a prospective footballer before D6R Entertainment signed him in 2020, and his career took off after a Snapchat video of “Rise” went viral . He has since worked with names like Seyi Vibez, Oladips, Otega, and Harrysong . “Bahubali” builds on that foundation without losing the grassroots identity that got him here.
