Loatinover Pounds turns his trials into testimony on “Ground 2 Glory,” a 12-track album that arrives on September 24, 2026.
The Pretoria rapper follows up 2024’s “Pray 4 Pitori,” which reached the Top 3 and crossed 5 million streams .
The project expands his world while keeping Pitori at the center. Features include Focalistic, A-Reece, Mochen, Mo Sufi, Khalee G, THE NORTH MOB, and Saint Cielo . Each collaboration fits into a wider story about ambition and community, so the album feels like a conversation rather than a solo diary.
“My Life” opens the album as the emotional entry point. Pounds looks back at his journey from humble beginnings, weighing the successes against the growing pains . The focus single sets the tone for a record more concerned with what the journey taught him than where it ended.
Other standout titles include “Hood Gospels” with A-Reece, “Soweto Derby” with Focalistic, and the closing title track with Saint Cielo . The album runs through love, spirituality, family, and personal vices without separating the wins from the sacrifices behind them .
