South African gospel collective Spirit Of Praise delivers a powerful worship moment with “Ivangeli Classic,” featuring Omega, Sindi, Mpumi, and Dumi.
The track arrives as part of the highly anticipated Spirit Of Praise 12 rollout, giving fans a fresh taste of the upcoming project .
This record brings together four distinct voices from the Spirit Of Praise family. Omega Khunou, Sindi Ntombela, Mpumi Mtsweni, and Dumi Mkokstad each add their own texture to the arrangement, so the collaboration feels like a proper gathering of heavyweights rather than a random feature grab . Their combined presence gives the song a rich vocal depth that matches the classic gospel sound the group has built over the years.
The timing of this release fits neatly into the larger album campaign. Spirit Of Praise 12 still in the works with steady release of singles, “Mmeli Wami” and “Size Kuwe” dropping on the 13th of November 2026. So “Ivangeli Classic” serves as another piece of the puzzle, keeping listeners engaged before the full body of work drops.
What makes this track worth checking is how it captures the live worship energy the group is known for. Spirit Of Praise has spent years touring and recording with a rotating cast of gospel ministers, and that experience shows in how smoothly these four artists blend their voices . The result sounds like a Sunday service moment rather than a sterile studio cut.
