Konde Music heavyweight Ibraah teams up with WCB Wasafi queen Zuchu on a smooth new remix of his viral single titled “Uhakika (Remix),” produced by Cukie Daddy.
The original “Uhakika” first appeared on Ibraah’s five-track PM project and quickly caught the attention of Bongo Flava fans across East Africa. The song resonated so deeply that remix offers came in from multiple quarters – and Ibraah confirmed during a visit to Burundi that Zuchu was the right voice to take it further. He was not wrong.
“Uhakika” translates to certainty or assurance in Swahili. The song sits in that vulnerable space where love is real but the doubt is louder – that fear of giving everything to someone and still not knowing if they feel the same.
