The song rounds off “Stay Outsyd,” a five-track project that traces love, ambition, loyalty, and celebration across its runtime. Born in Benin City, Outsyd Eddie first caught attention as one of the standout voices on the viral 2024 single “Feel D Mood.” So “Hey” arrives as proof that his energetic delivery has only sharpened since that breakout moment.
Production comes courtesy of boy.withmagic, who handled four of the five tracks on the EP. The beat leans into an upbeat street-pop groove, built for confidence rather than sentimentality.
