Juls & Projexx, two extraordinary artists aided by the music sensation known as Pa Salieu drops this new banger named CUTLASS

The title alone sets a tone before a single bar drops. Cutlass work isn’t gentle, and neither is this collaboration. Three artists from three different worlds show up ready to cut through anything soft.

Percussion hits hard and dry on this one, almost tribal in how it stutters against the bassline. Juls strips away most of the melody, leaving space for grit instead of polish. It’s a rawer sound than most of his recent output.

Pa Salieu tears into his verse with that unmistakable rasp, half-chanting over the drums. He doesn’t ease into the track, he just arrives fully formed. UK drill instincts meet dancehall pocket, and somehow it holds together.

Projexx answers back with his own sharpness, patois clipped and forceful instead of his usual glide. He matches Pa Salieu’s intensity rather than softening it. The chemistry here feels combative in the best way, like two voices sparring.

“Cutlass” doesn’t cool down once, and that refusal to ease up is what makes it work. Juls gave two aggressive vocalists room to swing, and neither of them held back.
