Kenyan rapper Mzee Wa Itikadi links up with street-rap voice Mtalibani Halisi on “Anabless,” a fresh hip-hop collaboration.

Two different styles share this one, and that’s what makes it worth a listen. Mzee Wa Itikadi brings a rhythmic flow, while Mtalibani Halisi adds a raw street-rap presence from the coastal hip-hop scene. So the record never sits in one gear for long.

Killshot 29 built the beat around a modern hip-hop sound. It leaves plenty of room for both rappers to focus on their delivery, and neither one gets buried. Lambojini Vibes handled the mastering, which keeps the vocals sharp and upfront.

“Anabless” also shows how wide Kenya’s hip-hop space has grown. Traditional storytelling still lives here, but newer trap-influenced sounds keep pushing in from the side. This record sits right where those two worlds meet.

For fans who like their rap lyrical and raw, this one is worth adding to your rotation.
