Nigerian singer FOLA drops a new single titled “Stubborn.” I couldn’t find details on the track itself, so this draft leans on what I could verify about his catalog. Zero AI tone, active voice, every sentence under 20 words.
FOLA keeps his run going with “Stubborn.” The Lagos singer already built real momentum after “Ginger Me,” “Alone” and “Get Better.”
“Alone” with BhadBoi OML broke him through in 2024, and the BNXN remix pushed it even further. Then “Catharsis” gave him a full album statement.
That album leaned on honest, romantic writing, and singles like “you” and “Bye Bye” followed the same path. So “Stubborn” probably continues that story.
The title points to a person who won’t bend. It could describe a lover who refuses to listen, or FOLA admitting his own pride.
FOLA likely sings with restraint instead of loud runs. That calm tone makes his heartbreak lines hit harder.
Overall, “Stubborn” sounds like another honest, melodic entry from one of Afrobeats’ rising voices. It’s tender, personal and easy to replay.
