Nigerian street-hop singer Maley Tomzy marks his birthday with an upbeat new record titled “10 Fingers.”
Maley Tomzy mixes Afro-Adura with Street-Hop, so his sound has a Yoruba street flavour. He has also worked with Portable on “Achalugo” and with Rybeena on “Hood.” So a birthday single gives fans another reason to celebrate.
Specbeatz produces the record, and the beat bounces with plenty of energy. Lively drums carry the Afro-Adura base, while the street-hop touches add grit. KingSDRecords releases it, and OlashotiT directs the video.
Maley Tomzy slides between rap and song with a loose, confident flow. He keeps the language street, so the vibe feels familiar. Because it’s his birthday, the mood stays proud and playful.
The title points to hardworking hands, so expect talk of grind and gratitude. It also works as a birthday thank you to everyone around him. Even the video campaign pushes that celebratory mood.
This one works because the energy fits the occasion. Although it’s a birthday record, the street flavour keeps it from feeling soft.
