Nigerian music star Omah Lay adds rapper Gunna to “Back to Lagos”, a track on the extended “Clarity of Mind”.

“Back to Lagos” is track 14 on the extended edition. Four new songs lift the album from 12 tracks to 16, and Tiakola guests on “Take”. Then “Keep Going” and “Holy Ghost Fire” fill the rest.

Omah Lay looks at what success costs once the old dreams come true. Gunna answers with a melodic, guarded take of his own, while Sire Records and Warner Records back the project.

The title carries history for Omah Lay. He moved to Lagos from Port Harcourt in 2019 after signing a record deal. The city also gave him, he has said, the exposure to launch his career. Gunna has a Lagos stop of his own, since his “Got Damn” video travelled through Dubai and Lagos.

This album marks Omah Lay’s first full-length since “Boy Alone” in 2022. It also follows a 2026 Grammy nomination with Davido for “With You”. The deluxe pushes his sound across borders, so a French guest in Tiakola sits beside an American one in Gunna.
