South African Amapiano producer Abidoza links up with Calvin Fallo on “City Rains,” the sixth track from his eight-song EP Club Controller .
The project arrived on October 9, 2026, so this record lands midway through his latest body of work .
The track sits comfortably in Abidoza’s lane, though the EP title suggests a shift toward club-ready energy. Calvin Fallo handles the vocal side here, giving the production a human texture instead of leaning purely on instrumental drops. So the collaboration adds a different dimension to the project rather than blending into the background.
What makes “City Rains” worth noting is its placement on the tracklist. It follows the title cut with El.Stephano and comes before “Organic Roots” . That sequencing matters because it breaks up the solo instrumental stretches, so listeners get a vocal breather before the EP heads toward its closer with Tumza D’kota .
Abidoza has built his name through steady output, and Club Controller marks his latest full project. “City Rains” fits into that catalogue without forcing anything, which makes it an easy addition for fans of his sound.
