Umlazi-born rapper Okmalumkoolkat brings Enocs Mae and Keyy Wavv onto eMtateni interlume, a late cut on iTheku eThekwini.

eMtateni interlume is track 10 of 11, so only one record follows it. Obishini, featuring P Dogg Amazing, comes right before it on the tracklist. The closer is Lomdlalo Ozigcawu-gcawu Outro, which features Cid Rim.

Enocs Mae and Keyy Wavv are a Johannesburg duo, also known as the Isigaba Twins. Keyy Wavv handles production, while Enocs Mae takes the vocals. Their sound has a name, Rnbhinca, which mixes R&B and neo-soul in Zulu. Lia Butler and Blxckie are among their other collaborators.

Okmalumkoolkat grew up in Durban but later moved to Johannesburg, the same city the duo calls home. He first came up in Dirty Paraffin with Dokta Spizee. His debut album, Mlazi Milano, followed once he went solo. He also scored a hit with Cassper Nyovest on Gusheshe.

The project nods to Durban in its title and runs to 11 tracks in total. Lowfeye and MusiholiQ appear on Bukhoma, which is the second track. Dusse Wavy is on Boet Partytime, while Khanzi Mnguni features on uZongithanda uNomphelo.
