South African Amapiano heavyweight Semi Tee links up with Mkeyz, Miglow, and Strowza on “Yadle’Mnyama,” a five-minute groove.

Semi Tee has built his name on rolling basslines, creative arrangements, and underground street smarts. This track leans on all three. The groove runs for about five and a half minutes, so it builds slowly and gives the listener time to settle in. Nothing feels rushed.

The lineup also carries history. Mkeyz has already worked with Semi Tee on “Ramaila” and “Touch Is A Move,” while Miglow appeared on “uNgandilahle” and “eNgama Lakho.” So the chemistry on this record does not need a warm-up. Strowza then joins as the new piece, which keeps the sound fresh.

Semi Tee also keeps a steady release pace. His “Mano Factory” album gave fans a full dose of club-ready township bounce, and “Yadle’Mnyama” keeps that energy going. It fits easily among the new Amapiano records fans are sharing this week.

For listeners who like their log drums deep and their basslines rolling, this one belongs in the playlist.
