Smada drops a new single titled “WENA.” Known for hits like “Abena” and “Papilo” featuring Odumodublvck, the artist’s built a catalog around playful, melodic street-pop records.
Smada’s recent work with producer DJ Kadé has carried that same infectious, flirty energy. “WENA” likely continues that direction, the title itself carries a southern African flavor, loosely meaning “you” in Zulu or Xhosa.
Expect warm, catchy production on Smada – WENA, the kind that’s defined his previous singles. A steady, danceable groove likely carries the hook throughout.
Given the Smada – WENA cross-cultural touch, expect themes around attraction or admiration, directed straight at someone special. That romantic, flirtatious energy has defined much of his recent catalog.
By the end, “WENA” plays like another catchy, flirty entry from Smada’s growing body of work. Playful, melodic, built for repeat plays.
