Ghanaian Afro-fusion storyteller SovT Music opens his seven-track “BIG FAITH EP” with “HUSLA,” a short, grind-focused solo record.

The song deals with the daily chase for a financial breakthrough. Early write-ups say it covers sacrifice, persistence, and the refusal to fold when pressure rises. So the mood sits somewhere between motivation and street honesty. It runs two minutes and 17 seconds, which keeps the message tight. A short opener tells the listener right away that the EP means business.

The sound stays easy. Guitar riffs set the groove, and shakers keep the rhythm crisp. A rolling bassline moves under soft synth pads, and the arrangement never gets crowded. SovT Music lets his textured voice lead, with steady breath control and plenty of feeling. That mix of grit and warmth is why he is described as a soulful storyteller.

The EP builds from there. “FEELS LIKE” brings in Flayma, “OBRA” and “SPIRIT” follow, and “DABRO” and “COVER ME” keep the middle moving. “HIDDEN SITUATIONS” with AratheJay rounds out the set. The title “BIG FAITH” ties these themes together: spiritual strength, daily hustle, and unshakeable belief. Because every song stays short, the whole project plays in one quick sitting.

SovT Music has also stayed visible beyond his EP, with a “Dear Lord” remix featuring Boy Aria, Zeezy, and Cojo Rae and an appearance on Adomba OBJ’s “Mafom (Sinner).” That kind of activity builds a loyal base.

For anyone grinding toward a goal, “HUSLA” works as a quick shot of encouragement.
