Amapiano producer Stixx brings Babalwa M and De Rose together on a blooming new record titled “Amablomo.” The title means “flowers,” so the song probably hands out roses in melody.
Babalwa M just sang on “B’s Groove,” while De Rose popped up on “Ndimi Ndimi.” So both voices already know how to sit on a Stixx beat. A flower theme also suits piano, since the genre loves soft colour and gentle movement.
Picture a velvety log drum, airy pads and a bass that rolls low and round. Light shakers probably flutter in the background like petals in a breeze. Because the pace stays easy, the whole arrangement feels like a garden walk.
She sings as if she’s presenting a bouquet to someone special. Her runs stay small, and each line leaves a little perfume behind.
De Rose follows with a slightly deeper colour and answers her note for note. The two seem to trade compliments about beauty, care and growing something together. A repeated title in the hook gives the crowd an easy line to hum.
