Nigerian singer TML Vibez links up with Kilogbede Records’ Mavo on “Sexy Mama,” the fourteenth track on his new album.
Both artists came into this record with radio attention behind them. Their separate 2026 releases already had people listening, so a joint song felt like a natural next step. It is also their first major meeting on record, which makes it a talking point on the tracklist.
NYRP produced the song, and he keeps the setting modern and Afrobeats-led. That gives TML Vibez’s melodic street-pop style plenty of room. Mavo then adds his own delivery, which has become easier to recognise this year with songs like “Find My Babe” and “BODY (danz).” The two voices sound different, and that difference keeps the record lively.
The position matters too. “Sexy Mama” comes right after “Eko” with Blaqbonez, so the album ends with back-to-back team-ups. Then TML Vibez returns alone for “Burst My Head” and “Radio,” which close out the 16 tracks. That order gives the final stretch a clear shape.
For fans who follow the new wave of Nigerian Afrobeats, seeing TML Vibez and Mavo share a beat is a good sign for both.
