Nigerian rapper Vector teams up with Cynthia Ifie on a personal-sounding new record titled “Dad & Dot.”
Vector, born Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, also goes by Vector Tha Viper. He’s a rapper, singer and songwriter whose albums include “State of Surprise” and “The Second Coming.”
He’s also never shied away from family on record. His 2019 project “Vibes Before Teslim” honoured his late father, so a title like “Dad & Dot” fits his lane.
Expect a warm, melodic beat with space for his words. Vector usually pairs sharp bars with honest feeling, and Cynthia can lift the hook with her voice.
His delivery likely stays calm and sincere. A song with this title works best when the voice sounds like it means every line.
Overall, “Dad & Dot” plays like a heartfelt, personal record from a veteran rapper. It’s warm, honest and made for quiet replays.
