Goan rapper, singer, and producer Tsumyoki has unveiled a cross-continental collaboration titled “MIA,” featuring Vibez Inc signee and Nigerian Afrofusion artist Muyeez, released on July 10, 2026, as the opening track of his forthcoming five-track AFRO YOKI EP.
The pairing alone makes “MIA” worth paying attention to. Tsumyoki comes from Goa, India — a music scene with its own distinct identity — and has spent years building a catalogue that ranges from Bollywood soundtrack work on WAR 2 to independent releases like “A Message From The Moon.” Linking up with Muyeez, one of Nigeria’s most talked-about rising voices signed to Seyi Vibez’s Vibez Inc label, is a deliberate creative leap into African music territory.
The production behind “MIA” involved four contributors — Tsumyoki, Kidd Mange, Falze, and Neevan — blending Indian melodic textures with African rhythmic grooves into something that feels genuinely fresh rather than forced. Muyeez, who has already worked with artists like Olivetheboy and Poco Lee on “No Stress,” brings a smoothness to the record that gives it an Afrobeats anchor without losing the cultural tension that makes the collaboration interesting.
“MIA” also teases what the full AFRO YOKI EP – set for August 7, 2026 – is going to feel like. If the opener is anything to go by, Tsumyoki is building something genuinely different.
