Benin City street act Famous Pluto rounds off a big week with his birthday project “On My Birthday,” a tight three-track release that doubles as a personal milestone.
The format says a lot before you even press play. Pluto did not overload this drop with a dozen records to mark the occasion. Instead, he kept it to three songs, and that restraint gives the project focus. Each track carries its own mood, yet all three connect back to the same idea – a man taking stock of how far he has come.
“Tap Am” opens things with celebration, riding a repeated hook that captures the rewards of his rising profile. “Fast and Furious” follows with a more reflective angle, contrasting his old hustle against the new pace of his life.
What ties the project together is honesty. Pluto never inflates his success into something untouchable, and he never buries it in false modesty either. He simply narrates where he is right now, in the same animated street-pop style that pushed “Na Scra” to No. 3 on Apple Music Nigeria back in 2025.
