Khalil Harrison pulls in Scotts Maphuma, Al Xapo, DBN Gogo, Ceeka RSA and Tyler ICU for a sweet new record titled “Kumnandi.” The title means “it’s nice” in isiZulu, so the mood starts on a high.
This lineup already knows each other’s sound. Khalil Harrison used the same crew on “Connecta,” where DBN Gogo, Tyler ICU, Ceeka RSA and Al Xapo joined him and LeeMcKrazy.
Tyler ICU also brought Khalil Harrison into Baby Blue Entertainment. So this reunion carries real history behind the scenes.
Scotts Maphuma adds another proven name to the mix. His voice helped power “Kokotela,” the Mellow & Sleazy record that earned Gold certification.
Expect soft keys, a rolling log drum and a bassline that never rushes. The groove can stay smooth while each guest lifts the energy a little higher.
Khalil Harrison anchors the record with his melodic tone. The guests then trade turns, and every voice gets its moment.
Overall, “Kumnandi” plays like a warm, easy-going amapiano record built for repeat plays. It’s polished, groovy and made for the weekend.
