Afrobeats heavyweight Davido rallies Mavo, Ecool, Morravey, Scotts Maphuma and IPhxne DJ for the festive anthem “Galorizzy” .
The record landed on November 26, 2025, through Davido Music Worldwide, so it arrived right on time for the Detty December rush .
The title itself promises pure enjoyment, and the song delivers exactly that. K-Zaka, RAGEE, and Marvey Muzique built a bouncy Amapiano foundation, so the South African influence runs deep . Davido opens with his usual star power, while Mavo slides in with that gritty street-pop flavor that pushed the record toward viral status . Morravey adds a melodic lift, and Scotts Maphuma locks down the Amapiano edge alongside IPhxne DJ’s rhythmic transitions .
What makes “Galorizzy” worth noting is how it captured the December mood so quickly. The track became an instant favourite at concerts and lounges, and it even sparked a friendly chart battle with Wizkid’s “Money Constant” for the season’s biggest anthem . Mavo’s presence here also marked a major step, because he moved from underground talent to sharing space with a global star .
