Warri rap veteran Erigga keeps the momentum going with “Locked In,” another entry from his joint EP alongside EESKAY and Cleanblack Music, “North & South.”
The title fits exactly where Erigga sits in his career right now. Decades into the game, he has never coasted on reputation alone, and “Locked In” reads like a statement of intent rather than just a catchy phrase. It signals focus – an artist still fully engaged with the craft rather than simply showing up for a feature check.
That energy carries through the collaboration itself. EESKAY and Cleanblack Music match Erigga’s pace without trying to outshine him, and the chemistry across “North & South EP” continues to feel earned rather than manufactured.
