Four artists sharing one track is a risk. But K.Keed and Orish have shown across Umgaranto II that they know how to curate features without letting the lineup overshadow the music. MidoRSA and April Yung slot in as additions that make sense rather than names added for numbers.
K.Keed raps with the same sharpness she brings to every record on the project. Her delivery never softens to accommodate the crowd around her. That consistency is what makes her a reliable anchor across a collaborative album with this many moving parts.
Orish holds his end down creatively, whether behind the boards or on the mic. His contributions to Umgaranto II have been about building atmosphere as much as adding bars. “Brickz” is no different.
