Tanzania’s Neema Gospel Choir teams up with Godliver Godian on “Dhahabu,” a studio version of their live worship song.

The choir first shared “Dhahabu” as a live recording in 2025, and that version ran close to ten minutes. This new take keeps the message but gives it a fresh studio sound and an official video. The title means “Gold” in Swahili, and the idea behind it is simple. Gold goes through fire to become pure, and hard seasons can do the same for a believer.

Joshua Ngowi, Samuel Limbu, and Fredrick Masanja wrote it. Victorious Production handled the audio, Syber Pic directed the video, and Titus Alfred edited it. Godliver Godian then adds her voice beside the choir, and her presence deepens the worship mood without taking over.

Choir songs like this one work best when many voices share one idea, and “Dhahabu” does that with calm confidence. It speaks to anyone going through a hard stretch right now.

Let “Dhahabu” play today and tell us – which season is God refining you through?
