Uncool MC brings together Boips, Tshimza Stellies, and Azi on a new one titled “Beautiful Day.” Four voices on this one, with Azi SA bringing real Port Elizabeth credibility to the mix.
Azi SA, real name Azi Dlala, broke out winning TruFM’s Tru Talent Search back in 2016, and he’s built his own catalog since, including his single “Mbishe” with iFani. That Eastern Cape connection adds something different to Uncool MC’s usual East Rand lane.
Uncool MC keeps pulling together collaborators from across South Africa’s amapiano scene, a pattern that’s defined his growing catalog since his breakout through DJ Maphorisa.
Expect the usual amapiano foundation here, deep log drums, warm keys, a steady groove built for the dance floor. With four voices involved, each likely gets room to add their own flavor. Given the title’s upbeat, positive tone, expect something celebratory rather than reflective.
By the end, “Beautiful Day” plays like a feel-good amapiano collaboration pulling talent from different corners of South Africa. Bright, communal, built on real regional connections.
