Dutch electronic duo ANOTR link up with New Jersey singer 54 Ultra on “Talk To You,” a disco house cut released on their own label, No Art.

This one came together in an unusual spot. Jesse van der Heijden and Oguzhan Guney wrote it during a studio retreat in Upstate New York, and they brought John Rodriguez, aka 54 Ultra, into the session. That choice paid off. The track climbed to number one on the WARM Global Dance Radio chart back in April, and it followed their 2025 album “On a Trip” as a standalone single.

Production leans into that same house foundation ANOTR built their name on, but this one moves slower and more relaxed than their breakout cuts. Warm synths shine through the mix like a summer afternoon, even though the track carries an underlying melancholy. The groove stays steady and hypnotic, built for both headphones and a packed dancefloor. Nothing here rushes toward the drop.

54 Ultra’s vocals sit right at the emotional center, carrying that soulful, slow-burn tone his own catalogue is known for. His delivery threads melancholy through the hook without dragging the energy down. ANOTR frames his voice carefully, letting the production breathe around him instead of burying it.

Talk To You works because both sides trust restraint over spectacle. It’s a house record that feels like summer even in the dead of winter.
