Deep house doesn’t usually reach for this. Most of it lives in adult spaces, love, loss, the club at 3am. Gaba Cannal – Bless The Children points somewhere else entirely, and that alone makes it worth a second look.
Bassline’s warmer than the last two, less ache in it, more hope maybe. The Bless sings with a kind of gentleness that fits, nothing forced, no big runs trying to prove a point.
It’s a blessing set to rhythm, basically. Simple as that. The words don’t overreach, the production doesn’t either, and somehow that restraint is what makes Gaba Cannal – Bless The Children land.
