South African Amapiano producer GUBI G gathers Ntwanantu Bhudescar, Ntax Mu6ique, Infinite Motion, and EMJAYKEYZ on a new single titled “Emlanjeni.”
The title means “at the river” in Zulu, and the record reached platforms on October 9, 2026. A late-night premiere came a day earlier, on October 8. Africori handles the global distribution.
Percussion drives the sound, with layered electronic elements around it. So the record leans on rhythm first and decoration second.
Five names on one track can feel crowded. Still, this lineup is not a cold meeting. GUBI G already worked with Ntwanantu and Ntax Mu6ique on “Langikhona,” which also featured AQ. Because that partnership has history, their return here feels more like a regular session than a stunt.
EMJAYKEYZ adds a different thread. The Amapiano artist comes from Thembisa, was born in 2001, and has built a catalogue of features, including “Ama-Ewallet” with Bhudescar RSA in November 2024. His voice gives the river setting a younger, street-level texture.
Infinite Motion rounds out the group. Public details on that act are thin, so the verse remains the part to listen for.
Overall, the single expands GUBI G’s collaborative output in South Africa’s Amapiano scene. It looks like a producer building a circle, not chasing one big name.
Listen to “GUBI G – Emlanjeni” and tell us in the comments what you would do at the river!
