Lowbass Djy teams up with Biggie SA for round two, and “Ingest” brings Bafana Ba Havard into the mix for the first time.
Eleven tracks deep now, and just when “Deep Emotions” felt like a real ending. Lowbass Djy opens things back up again. Biggie SA last showed up on “Impilo” way earlier in this run. His return here signals the story isn’t quite done.
The groove leans heavier again, built around a thick bassline and a log drum that hits with more force than the last few tracks. Percussion stacks up gradually, giving the track a building intensity rather than a flat, steady pulse.
Biggie SA brings that same rougher edge from “Impilo,” though he sounds more assertive here, less like a supporting voice. Bafana Ba Havard enters fresh, his tone sitting somewhere between grit and melody, carving out his own space fast.
Nothing here feels like a rehash of earlier tracks despite the returning name. It pushes forward instead of circling back.
