Uncool MC pulls together Royal MusiQ, DJ Smallz, ZinedinexSguche, and Nomfundo Kayy on a new one titled “Sesikude.” That’s a stacked lineup, Royal MusiQ’s already worked with Uncool MC before on Uncle Waffles’ hits “Zenzele” and “Baphi.”
DJ Smallz, real name Junior Zulu, broke through with his own single “ZEP,” which climbed the Shazam Global Chart alongside ZinedinexSguche and featured Uncool MC himself. So this crew clearly has chemistry already built in.
Royal MusiQ’s made a name working inside amapiano’s producer network, his breaks came through feature slots rather than solo singles, exactly like this kind of collaborative project.
Expect the usual amapiano foundation here, deep log drums, polished piano melodies, that smooth dance-floor energy both DJ Smallz and Royal MusiQ bring to their work.
Uncool MC likely leads with his sharp, rhythmic MC-style vocals, while Nomfundo Kayy adds a melodic counterpoint. Given the title translates to something close to “we’re far,” expect themes around distance or longing woven through the groove.
By the end, “Sesikude” plays like a proper amapiano supergroup moment, built on genuine prior chemistry between these names. Polished, layered, backed by real genre credibility.
